Our only gripe with this system is that – especially with iPhones – proper placement on the wireless charging coil can be finicky and it needs to have the goldilocks effect to start charging immediately. A few times have I set it down at night only to wake to realize it wasn’t positioned properly and therefore was not charging. The speed of charge though is above average and can recharge a device fully in just under 1.5 hours.
